补阳还五汤对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的脑脊液中兴奋性氨基酸的影响 被引量:23

摘要 目的:探讨脑缺血再灌注损伤后脑脊液中兴奋性氨基酸的动态变化和补阳还五汤方药对兴奋性氨基酸的影响。方法:采用微透析-高效液相色谱的方法测定大鼠脑脊液中兴奋性氨基酸的含量变化及补阳还五汤对其进行干预。结果:与假手术组相比,大鼠脑缺血后谷氨酸、天门冬氨酸在手术30~150min期间各时间观察点有显著差异(P<0.01),在手术0~15min和150~165min的观察点也有差异(P<0.05)。在手术30~120min期间各时间观察点,补阳还五汤能使缺血纹状体能使大脑纹状体内的谷氨酸显著降低(P<0.01),天门冬氨酸含量显著降低(P<0.01);在手术0~15min和120~150min再灌注的各时间观察点,补阳还五汤也能使缺血纹状体内谷氨酸含量有所降低(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤使不同时间点的脑脊液中GLU、ASP含量降低,补阳还五汤抗缺血性脑损伤的保护作用机制可能与其对抗脑缺血灌注损伤后EAA的升高有关。 Objective : Investigate the cerebral ischemia - reperfusion injury of excitatory amino acids in cerebrospinal fluid dynamics of change and Buyanghuanwu Soup Recipe on the effects of excitatory amino acids. Methods : Microdialysis - HPLC method of determination of rat cerebrospinal fluid excitatory amino acids content changes and BYHWT Decoction its intervention. Results:Compared with sham -operated group compared to rats after cerebral ischemia in glutamic acid, aspartic acid in 30 - 150min during surgery at different time points were significantly different ( P 〈 0.0I ), surgery 0 - 15min and 150 - 165min of observation points also have differences (P 〈 0.05). 30 - 120rain in surgery during the observation point, soup can BYHWT ischemic brain striatum striatum can ignificantly reduce the glutamate (P 〈 0.01 ), aspartic acid content significantly lower (P 〈0.01 ) ; in surgery 0 -15rain and 120 -150rain reperfusion time of the observation point, BYHWT can also ischemic striatum glutamate decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : BYHWT Decoction different time points so that the cerebrospinal fluid of GLU, ASP decreased, BYHWT Decoction anti - ischemic brain injury in rats and its mechanism may be against cerebral ischemia - reperfusion injury on the rise after the EAA.
