摘要
目的探讨通过适时增加见习带教课时,调整见习带教时间点,采用多样化的教学方法提高临床医学生的医学影像学学习效果。方法采用理论考试、阅片技能考试、问卷调查,对比分析采用传统教学和教学模式改革后的临床医学生的学习效果。结果在教师队伍无显著差别的情况下,教学模式改革后的临床医学生的理论考试成绩、阅片技能考试成绩、自制问卷学习效果调查得分均高于对照组。结论适时增加见习带教课时,调整见习带教时间点,采用多样化的教学方法,可使见习带教和临床课程有机结合,提高临床医学生的理论成绩、阅片技能、学习效果,使学生将临床和影像知识充分消化、深化和融合,更好地服务患者。
Objective To explore the ways to improve the learning effect of medical imaging for clinical medical students by timely improving the teaching time,adjusting the teaching time,and adopting diversified teaching methods.Methods Theoretical Test,Film Reading Skill Test and questionnaire were used to compare and analyze the learning differences of clinical medical students after the reform teaching mode and traditional teaching mode.Results The scores of theoretical test,film Reading Skill Test and self-made questionnaire were higher after the reform of teaching model than those of the control group when there is no significant difference in the teaching force.Conclusion It is possible to improve the clinical students'theoretical achievements,reading skills,learning effects and combine the probation teaching with the clinical course by raising the probation teaching time timely,adjusting the probation teaching time and adopting diversified teaching methods.The reform of teaching model made students fully digest,deepening,integration clinical and imaging knowledge.The reform of teaching model made students better services to patients.
