典型病例与影像系统通过PBL法提高学习效率的效果

摘要 目的评估典型病例结合影像系统通过PBL法是否可以提高实习生学习兴趣与效率。方法选取来医院实习的医学本科生共180名。将其随机分成两组。对照组采用传统的教学方法,即先进行理论教学再进行影像系统讲解及典型病例讲授;试验组采用典型病例结合影像系统通过PBL法进行教学,评价两组在科室教学管理、带教教师是否认真负责、感觉实习兴趣高涨、教学知识印象深刻、考卷知识掌握率在80.00%以上等五方面比较两组差异。结果对照组与试验组相比:两组认为科室重视教学管理分别为:96.67%和74.44%,认为带教教师认真负责分别为93.33%和68.89%,感觉实习兴趣高涨分别为84.44%和60.00%,感觉教学知识印象深刻分别为83.33%和50.00%,课堂知识掌握率在80%以上,分别为86.67%和60.00%,两组在这五方面相比差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论典型病例结合影像系统通过PBL法可以提高实习生学习兴趣与效率,优于传统的教学方法。 Objective To evaluate whether the new method can enhance the interns’ interest and study efficiency by way of typical cases and medical image system via problem based learning(PBL).Methods 180 interns in our hospital were divided into two groups randomly. The control group was arranged by the traditional teaching method. In this group, interns received image teaching system and typical clinical cases after the theory teaching. The experimental group was planned by the typical cases and medical image system via PBL before the theory teaching. Then the two groups’ five aspects were compared, including the department’s teaching management, clinical teachers’ responsibility, high interest in internship, impressive teaching knowledge, more than 80.00% test question’s score. Results Between the experimental and the control group, in the interns’ opinion, that more emphases were laid on teaching management was 96.67% vs 74.44% and that clinical teachers were responsible for their preparation and teaching was 93.33% and 68.89%.They thought that higher interest was 84.44% and 60.00% and that more impressive teaching knowledge was 83.33% and 50.00% and that over 80% knowledge acquisition rate was 86.67% and 60.00%. Statistically significant differences were found in the five aspects(P<0.05). Conclusion Typical cases and medical image system can stimulate the interest and efficiency of medical interns via problem based learning, which is better than the traditional teaching method.
