摘要
为顺应新时代轨道交通“城际+地铁”超大线网规模运营的发展趋势,结合千万客流常态下的站务运作发展需求,围绕安全运营、服务提升、降本增效目标,针对新兴的智慧站务管理系统,分析系统功能需求的全面性、现场实际操作的契合性以及与“移动化管理”的有机结合方面的不足,将原本的轨道交通车站业务进行拆分重组后,提出适配智慧站务升级和模块化管理的4项新的功能需求:车站监测、信息传递、系统控制和现场处理,在此基础上搭建城市轨道交通智慧站务移动运作系统。应用智慧站务移动运作系统将使得车站具备智能感知能力、自主运行能力和良好的应急处置能力,为轨道交通智慧车站的建设提供了一种高效适用的站务运作模式,助力轨道交通迈入智慧新时代。
To keep pace with the development tendency of rail transit in the extra large-scale“intercity+subway”operational pattern in the new era,this paper combined the development demands of station service operation under the normalization of tens of millions passenger flow,and focused on safe station operation,passenger service improvement,cost reduction,and efficiency enhancement.For the emerging management systems of smart station service,it analyzed the comprehensiveness of system function demands,the compatibility with on-site practical operations,and the disadvantages in organic integration with“mobile management”.Meanwhile,the station service of rail transit was reorganized to propose four new function demands adapting to smart station service upgrading and modular management,including station monitoring,information transmission,system control,and on-site dealing.Based on this,a smart station service mobile operation system(SSM OS)was built for urban rail transit.The results show that the proposed mobile operation system will enable stations to have intelligent perception,independent operation,and sound emergency response capabilities.It will provide an efficient and applicable station service operation mode for constructing smart stations of rail transit,helping rail transit enter a new smart era.
