面向公共卫生的车站监测闸机系统设计

摘要 面向公共卫生研究闸机服务系统设计,探索现有车站闸机功能,为未来可能存在公共卫生事件应急监测提供设计参考。以新型冠状病毒传染病期间高铁、火车站监测闸机为研究对象,针对人流量较大容易出现传染扩散的现象,设计针对流动人员车站监测产品,助力公共卫生应急管理体系建设。根据研究内容,设定“疫情防控”“新冠肺炎”“产品设计”等词进行检索,输出中国知网2020—2022年有效文献830篇,通过CiteSpace图表数据分析得出对于产品设计领域研究较少,且新冠研究领域较宽泛。由中文文献检索热词及前期调研可得出对于疫情产品设计有初步探索,但仍有不足,缺乏针对性。在未来研究中,针对车站产品设计应坚持更多的发掘与创新。因此,文章借用服务设计原则,通过模块化分流人群与监测闸机的智能化,创造新的进出车站方式,提出新的设计思路减少传染病传播,为未来可持续利用取得新的突破。 Design a gate service system for public health research,explore the functions of existing station gates,and provide design references for emergency monitoring of potential public health events in the future.Taking the monitoring gate of high-speed railway and railway station during the period of novel coronavirus infection as the research object,and aiming at the phenomenon that the large flow of people is prone to the spread of infection,the station monitoring products for mobile personnel are designed to help the construction of public health emergency management system.According to the research content,the words"epidemic prevention and control","COVID-19"and"product design"were set for retrieval,and 830 valid documents were output from CNKI from 2020 to 2022.Through CiteSpace chart data analysis,it was concluded that there was less research on the field of product design,and the research field of COVID-19 was broader.Based on Chinese literature search and preliminary research,it can be concluded that there are preliminary explorations in the design of epidemic products,but there are still shortcomings and a lack of specificity.In future research,more exploration and innovation should be adhered to in the design of station products.Therefore,the article borrows the principles of service design,creates new ways of entering and exiting stations through modular crowd diversion and intelligent monitoring gates,proposes new design ideas to reduce the spread of infectious diseases, and achieves new breakthroughs for sustainable utilization in the future.
