电感应加热技术在高速线材直接轧制中的应用 被引量:1

Application of electric induction heating technology in direct rolling of high-speed wire rod

摘要 电感应加热具有节能、高效、清洁、可自动化生产控制等一系列优点,在国内外得到广泛的研究与应用。阐述了电感应加热的基本原理及其在直接轧制工艺应用中的特点与优势,介绍了常规电感应加热和超导感应加热技术的最新进展,以及电感应加热在高线生产过程中的实际应用情况和效果,总结了电感应加热在方坯加热上的使用要点。结果表明:电感应加热炉在降低氧化烧损,提高成材率方面有良好的效果,可使轧件的心表温差减小,有利于变形深入,产品通条性能更好。但是在实际生产过程中,还需要对工艺、设备及自动化控制进一步优化和改善。 Electric induction heating has a series of advantages such as energy conservation,high efficiency,cleanliness,automatic production control,and has been widely studied and applied at home and abroad.The basic principle of electric induction heating and its characteristics and advantages in the application of direct rolling technology were elaborated.The latest progress of conventional electric induction heating and superconducting induction heating technology,as well as the practical application and effects of inductive heating in high-speed wire production were introduced.The key points of electric induction heating in billet heating were summarized.The results show that the electric induction heating furnace has good effects in reducing oxidation burning loss and improving yield.It can reduce the temperature difference between the center temperature and surface temperature of the rolled piece,which is conducive to deep deformation and better product performance.However,in the actual production process,further optimization and improvement of processes,equipment,and automation control are needed.
