摘要
介绍了棒线材低温轧制的发展情况。叙述了低温轧制的节能效果、低温轧制对成品质量的影响、低温轧制对轧机负荷的影响及低温轧制在生产中应注意的问题。为国内在棒线材生产中进一步应用低温轧制工艺提供了有益参考。
The development state of tow-temperature rolling technology for wire rod is introduced. The energy-saving effects of low-temperature rolling, effect of low-temperature rolling on product quality, mill load and aspects to be noted on low-temperature rolling production are discussed. Useful reference is provided for further application of low-temperature rolling in domestic wire rod production.
