摘要
充分关注适龄女性的生育需求,提高其生育积极性,是促进三孩生育政策有效落实的关键。青年女性医务工作者由于工作处境、职业性质和群体特征的特殊性,她们的生育状况值得引起格外关注。文章通过问卷调查和访谈分析发现,当前青年女性医务工作者晚育趋势明显,总体生育意愿降低,实际生育数量低于其意愿数量,生育需求以经济和工作为主,工作场域内的需求也较高,然而获得的生育支持有限,再生育仍然面临一系列的现实阻碍。青年女性医务工作者的生育现状、需求和再生育困境不仅与其生活和工作状况相关,也体现了我国青年女性群体的共性。未来应进一步完善生育支持体系,提倡用人单位主动参与创造生育友好型工作环境,协助个人转变婚育观念,根据青年女性的个性化需求提供支持与服务。
Paying full attention to the fertility needs of young females and improving their fertility motivation are key to effectively implementing the"three-child"policy.Due to the particularities of working situation,occupational characteristic,and group characteristic,the fertility status of young female medical workers deserves attention.This article,through questionnaire surveys and interviews,finds that there is a clear trend of delayed childbirth among young female medical workers,with a decrease in overall willingness to have children.The actual number of births is lower than their desired number,and the main driving factors for their childbearing needs are economic and work-related.Although the demand for childbirth support within the workplace is high,the support they receive is limited,and they still face a series of practical obstacles to having more children.The fertility situation,demands,and difficulties in reproductive choices of young female healthcare workers are not only related to their living and working conditions but also reflect the commonalities among young women in China.In the future,it is necessary to further improve the support system for childbirth and encourage employers to actively create a friendly work environment for childbirth.At the same time,we should assist individuals in changing their views on marriage and childrearing,and provide support and services based on the personalized needs of young women.
