摘要
为提升共同富裕背景下返校大学生振兴乡村创业教育模式,构建创业素质与能力评估指标体系,本文通过两轮德尔菲专家函询筛选指标,采用层次分析法计算各指标权重,两轮函询问卷的有效回收率均为100%;权威系数Cr值分别为0.874、0.887;协调系数W值分别为0.309(P<0.001)、0.335(P<0.001),最终形成包含4个一级指标、18个二级指标和45个三级指标的返乡大学生创业素质与能力评估指标体系。该评估指标体系设置合理,构建过程科学,具有可操作性、可行性与现实意义,可为返乡大学生创业素质与创业能力的培养提供参考依据。
In order to enhance the model of revitalizing rural entrepreneurship education for returning college students under the background of common prosperity,and to construct an evaluation index system for entrepreneurial quality and ability,this article uses two rounds of Delphi expert inquiry screening indicators,and uses Analytic Hierarchy Process to calculate the weights of each indicator.The effective response rates of both rounds of inquiry questionnaires are 100%;The authoritative coefficient Cr values are 0.874 and 0.887,respectively;The coordination coefficient W values are 0.309(P<0.001)and 0.335(P<0.001),respectively,ultimately forming an evaluation index system for the entrepreneurial quality and ability of returning college students,which includes 4 first level indicators,18 second level indicators,and 45 third level indicators.The evaluation index system is reasonably set,the construction process is scientific,and has operability,feasibility,and practical significance.It can provide a reference basis for the cultivation of entrepreneurial qualities and abilities of returning college students.
