摘要
主动服务和融入国家战略,加快发展更高层次的开放型经济是贵州贯彻新发展理念、推动高质量发展的重要路径。本文分析贵州主动服务和融入国家战略的比较优势,厘清贵州产业发展基础,剖析贵州融入国家战略面临的问题,有针对性地提出贵州应强化“一盘棋”思想,从加强融入国家战略的项目和产业谋划、加快构建高水平的开放型产业体系、加快建设高能级的开放型经济发展平台、多举措优化开放型经济发展营商环境等方面融入国家战略的对策建议,着力以高水平开放推动高质量发展,在服务和融入国家战略中加快打造贵州内陆开放型经济新高地。
Proactively serving and integrating into the national strategy,and accelerating the development of a higher-level open economy are important paths for Guizhou to implement the new development concept and promote high-quality development.This article analyzes the comparative advantages of Guizhou′s proactive service and integration into the national strategy,clarifies the foundation of Guizhou′s industrial development,dissects the problems existing in Guizhou′s integration into the national strategy,and proposes to the point that Guizhou should strengthen"a game of chess"thinking.From strengthening the planning of projects and industries integrated into the national strategy,accelerating the construction of a high-level open industrial system,and accelerating the construction of a high-energy level open economic development platform,multiple measures should be taken to optimize the business environment for the development of an open economy and countermeasures and proposals are given for those integrated into the national strategy.Efforts should be made to promote high-quality development through high-level openness,and a new highland for Guizhou′s inland open economy should be constructed speedily in serving and integrating into the national strategy.
