摘要
目的探讨TRIM26在结肠癌和癌旁组织中的表达差异及其表达与临床指标的相关性。方法采用免疫组化EnVision法检测TRIM26在99个结肠癌组织样本和73个癌旁组织样本中的表达情况,分析TRIM26的表达与结肠癌临床病理及预后的关系。结果TRIM26在结肠癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.001)。TRIM26的表达与结肠癌病理分级、N分期、TNM分期、PDL1密切相关(P<0.05)。生存分析显示,结肠癌组织TRIM26的高表达与结肠癌的不良预后显著相关(P=0.0141);进一步分析显示患者年龄、病理分级、T分期、N分期、PDL1是结肠癌预后的独立预测因素(P<0.05),但TRIM26的表达不是结肠癌预后的独立预测因素。结论TRIM26在结肠癌的发生发展过程中具有重要作用,检测TRIM26的表达对于结肠癌的诊断、预后判断有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the differential expression of TRIM26 in colon cancer and adjacent tissues and the correlation between the expression of TRIM26 and clinical indicators.Methods Immunohistochemical EnVision method was used to detect the expression of TRIM26 in 99 colon cancer tissue samples and 73 adjacent tissue samples.The correlation between the expression of TRIM26 and the clinicopathology and the correlation between the expression of TRIM26 and prognosis of colon cancer was analyzed.Results The expression of TRIM26 in colon cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.001).The expression of TRIM26 was closely related to the pathological grade,N stage,TNM stage and PDL1 of colon cancer(P<0.05).Survival analysis showed that the high expression of TRIM26 in colon cancer tissues was significantly correlated with the poor prognosis of colon cancer(P=0.0141).Further analysis showed that age,pathological grade,T stage,N stage,and PDL1 were independent predictors of colon cancer prognosis(P<0.05),but the expression of TRIM26 was not an independent predictor of colon cancer prognosis.Conclusion TRIM26 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of colon cancer.The detection of TRIM26 expression is of great significance for the diagnosis and prognosis of colon cancer.
