微酸性次氯酸水对口腔印模的消毒效果观察

Observation on effect of slightly acid hypochlorite water on disinfection of dental impression

摘要 目的探究200 mg;L微酸性次氯酸水(SAHW)对藻酸盐和硅橡胶口腔印模材料进行浸泡消毒的效果。方法分别制备藻酸盐和硅橡胶染菌印模片,分为SAHW 200 mg;L浸泡组、NaClO 500 mg;L浸泡组、蒸馏水浸泡组和无浸泡对照组,以及SAHW模拟临床组和NaClO模拟临床组,各浸泡组浸泡消毒10 min,各模拟临床组先使用蒸馏水浸泡染菌印模片15 s,取出沥干1 min,再分别使用相应消毒剂浸泡消毒10 min,浸泡消毒结束,计算细菌杀灭率。结果SAHW 200 mg;L和NaClO 500 mg;L浸泡消毒10 min对染菌藻酸盐印模片上的金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的杀灭率均<99.9%,而对染菌硅橡胶印模片上的2种菌的杀灭率均>99.9%,模拟临床试验中,对2种印模表面的金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的杀灭率均>99.9%。结论200 mg;L SAHW在模拟临床条件下使用可作为有效的印模消毒剂。 Objective To assess the disinfection of 200 mg;L slightly acidic hypolorite water(SAHW)on alginate and silicone rubber oral impression materials.Methods Alginate and silicone rubber impression tables infected with bacteria were prepared and divided into 6 groups:SAHW 200 mg;L soaking group,NaClO 500 mg;L soaking group,distilled water soaking group and no soaking control group,SAHW simulated clinical group and NaClO simulated clinical group.Each soaking group was soaked and disinfected for 10 min.Each simulated clinical group was soaked in distilled water for 15 s,drained for 1 min,and then soaked and disinfected with corresponding disinfectants for 10 min.After soaking and disinfected,the bacteria-killing rate was calculated.Results The killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on the contaminated alginate impression sheet after soaking and disinfecting for 10 min with SAHW 200 mg;L or NaClO 500 mg;L were both<99.9%,while the killing rates of the two kinds of bacteria on the contaminated silicone rubber impression table were both>99.9%.In the simulated clinical trial,the killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on the surface of the two impressions were>99.9%.Conclusion 200 mg;L SAHW can be used as an effective impression disinfectant under simulated clinical conditions.
