微酸性次氯酸水浸泡消毒对口腔印模精度影响研究 被引量:2

Study on the accuracy of dental impression affected by immersion disinfection with slightly acidic hypochlorite water

摘要 目的探究微酸性次氯酸水(slightly acidic hypochlorite water,SAHW)浸泡消毒对口腔印模精度的影响。方法研究于2021年2—3月在首都医科大学附属北京口腔医院研究所进行。以标准上颌牙列模型为母模,分别制取藻酸盐、硅橡胶印模各70个,随机分为7组,每组2种印模各10个。其中,空白对照组仅使用流动水冲洗30 s;不同消毒时间(10、20、30 min)SAHW处理组使用SAHW(有效氯质量浓度为200 mg/L)分别浸泡消毒10、20、30 min;不同消毒时间(10、20、30 min)NaClO处理组使用NaClO(有效氯质量浓度为500 mg/L)分别浸泡消毒10、20、30 min。各组消毒后灌注石膏模型并扫描获得数字化模型,测量其均方根(root mean square,RMS)偏差值并比较三维分析色谱图。结果各组藻酸盐印模RMS偏差值总的比较,差异有统计学意义(F=4.905,P<0.001)。其中,与空白对照组比较,仅30 min SAHW处理组和30 min NaClO处理组的RMS偏差值显著增大,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);随着消毒时间的延长,各SAHW处理组和NaClO处理组藻酸盐印模的RMS偏差值随之增加,其中仅10 min组与30 min组的RMS偏差值相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相同消毒时间的SAHW处理组与NaClO处理组藻酸盐印模的RMS偏差值比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。各组硅橡胶印模RMS偏差值总的比较,差异无统计学意义(F=0.955,P=0.463)。印模偏差三维分析色谱图显示,各组硅橡胶印模偏差要小于藻酸盐印模。结论使用SAHW浸泡消毒硅橡胶和藻酸盐印模20 min内,对印模的精度均无明显影响,且与NaClO浸泡消毒对印模精度的影响相似,具有较佳的临床应用前景。 Objective To assess the effect of Slightly Acidic Hypochlorite Water(SAHW)immersion disinfection on the precision of dental impression.Methods This study was conducted in the Institute of the Stomatology,Beijing Stomatological Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from February to March 2021.The standard maxillary dentistry model was used as the mother model,and 70 alginate and silicone rubber impressions were prepared respectively,which were randomly divided into 7 groups with 10 impressions for each group.The blank control group was rinsed only with running water for 30 s.SAHW treatment groups with different disinfection time(10,20,30 min)were soaked with SAHW(effective chlorine mass concentration of 200 mg/L)for 10,20,30 min,respectively.NaClO treatment groups with different disinfection time(10,20,30 min)were soaked with NaClO(effective chlorine mass concentration of 500 mg/L)for10,20,30 min,respectively.After disinfection,the plaster models were made and scanned to get digital models.The root mean square(RMS)deviation values were measured and the 3D chromatograph was compared.Results The RMS deviation value of alginate impression in all groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(F=4.905,P<0.001).Compared with blank control group,the RMS deviation of 30-min SAHW treatment group and 30-min NaClO treatment group were significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significan(tall P<0.05).With the extension of disinfection time,the difference in RMS deviation of alginate impression in SAHW treatment group and NaClO treatment group increased,and only the difference in RMS deviation between 10-min group and 30-min group was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the RMS deviation of alginate impressions between the SAHW treatment group and the NaClO treatment group for the same disinfection time(all P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in RMS deviation of silicone rubber impressions among all groups(F=0.955,P=0.463).The
