摘要
本文研究了不同分子量苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)对热塑性弹性体(TPE)的机械性能、挤出性能和相容性的影响。结果表明,高分子量SEBS力学性能更好。徕卡显微镜结果表明低分子量SEBS挤出外观更加光滑。扫描电镜(SEM)表明高分子量SEBS体系断面更粗糙,而低分子量SEBS断面均匀光滑,低分子量SEBS相容性更好。旋转流变测试表明中低分子量SEBS黏弹性更低,相容性更好。研究了无机次磷酸铝(AHP)、氢氧化镁(MDH)、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP)和三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)阻燃剂对TPE阻燃性能的影响,通过极限氧指数(LOI)和锥形量热测试发现,MCA体系的LOI值为25.5%。MPP体系的热释放速率峰值(pk-HRR)为229.4 kW/m^(2),总热释放量(THR)为76.3 MJ/m^(2),平均有效燃烧热(av-EHC)为24.4 MJ/kg。MPP发挥P-N协效,同时在气相和凝聚相发挥阻燃作用。电线垂直燃烧(VW-1燃烧)结果表明MPP气相和凝聚相协效体系的VW-1阻燃性能最好。
The effects of different molecular weights of styrene ethylene butene styrene block copolymer(SEBS)on the mechanical properties,extrusion properties,and compatibility of thermoplastic elastomers(TPE)were investigated.The results indicate that the mechanical properties of high molecular weight SEBS are better.Leica microscope results indicate that the extruded appearance of low molecular weight SEBS is smoother.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)shows that the high molecular weight SEBS system has a rougher cross-section,while the low molecular weight SEBS system has a uniform and smooth cross-section.Low molecular weight SEBS has better extrusion appearance and compatibility.Rotational rheological testing shows that medium and low molecular weight SEBS have lower viscoelasticity and better compatibility.The influence of inorganic aluminum Hypophosphorous acid(AHP),Magnesium hydroxide(MDH),melamine polyphosphate(MPP)and melamine cyanurate(MCA)flame retardants on the flame retardancy of TPE is also studied.Through Limiting oxygen index(LOI)and cone calorimetry tests,the LOI value of the MCA system is 25.5%.The peak heat release rate(pk HRR)of MPP system is 229.4 kW/m^(2),the total heat release(THR)is 76.3 MJ/m^(2),and the average effective heat of combustion(av-EHC)is 24.4 MJ/kg.MPP plays a P-N synergistic effect,simultaneously it exerts flame retardancy in both the gas phase and the condensed phase.The vertical burning of wires(VW-1)indicate that the synergistic system of MPP gas and condensation phase has the best flame retardant performance of VW-1.
