摘要
研究了二乙基次磷酸铝、次磷酸铝、聚磷酸三聚氰胺3种P系阻燃剂协同氰尿酸三聚氰胺对EVA/PE材料拉伸性能和阻燃性能的影响。根据实验表明,次磷酸铝阻燃剂协同氰尿酸三聚氰胺对EVA/PE复合材料的拉伸性能最好。35%氧指数对比,二乙基次磷酸铝协同氰尿酸三聚氰胺阻燃EVA/PE复合材料只需要添加25份,次磷酸铝需要添加35份,而聚磷酸三聚氰胺需要添加45份。二乙基次磷酸铝阻燃剂协同氰尿酸三聚氰胺对EVA/PE复合材料的阻燃效率比次磷酸铝和聚磷酸三聚氰胺高,当添加量达到30份时就可以达到1.6 mm V-0,同时也能够通过UL1581 VW-1阻燃级别;而次磷酸铝需要添加40份,聚磷酸三聚氰胺需要添加45份。另外,P系阻燃剂添加量的增加对EVA/PE复合材料的拉伸性能具有明显的破坏作用。
The effects of three P-based flame retardants,diethyl aluminum hypophosphite,aluminum hypophosphite,and melamine polyphosphate,in conjunction with melamine cyanurate,on the tensile properties and flame retardant properties of EVA/PE materials were studied.Experiments show that aluminum hypophosphite flame retardant combined with melamine cyanurate has the best tensile properties of EVA/PE composites.Compared with 35%oxygen index,only 25 parts of aluminum diethyl hypophosphite and melamine cyanurate flame retardant EVA/PE composite material need to be added,35 parts of aluminum hypophosphite need to be added,and 45 parts of melamine polyphosphate need to be added.The flame retardant efficiency of diethyl aluminum hypophosphite combined with melamine cyanurate on EVA/PE composites is higher than that of aluminum hypophosphite and melamine polyphosphate.When the addition amount reaches 30 parts,it can reach 1.6 mm V-0.It can also pass the UL1581 VW-1 flame retardant level;while aluminum hypophosphite needs to add 40 parts,and melamine polyphosphate needs to add 45 parts.In addition,the addition of P-based flame retardants has an obvious damaging effect on the tensile properties of EVA/PE composites.
