摘要
介绍相变材料工作原理及目前研究现状,详细介绍涂层法、纤维与纱线、相变材料包3种应用方式的特点,以及在纺织服装中的具体应用和研究进展。总结相变材料热性能的研究和测试方法,主要分为数学模型法和客观试验法两种,分析这两种方法的特点,并详细阐述差示扫描量热法、平板保温仪测试法、暖体假人法和真人着装试验法4种测试方法。指出目前研究工作中存在的问题和不足,并对未来相变材料在纺织服装领域的发展趋势进行展望。
The working principle and the current research status of phase change materials are expounded,and the characteristics of the three application methods including coating method,fiber and yarn,and phase change material package are introduced in detail,and the specific application and research progress in textile and clothing are also introduced.The research and testing methods of thermal properties of phase change materials are summarized,which are mainly divided into mathematical modeling method and objective testing method.The characteristics of the two methods are analyzed.Moreover,the four testing methods including differential scanning calorimetry,flat plate warmer test method,warm body dummy method and human dressing test method are described in detail.Finally,the problems and deficiencies in the current research work are pointed out,and the development trend of phase change materials in the field of textile and clothing is discussed.
