摘要
目的:归纳分析中医药专家治疗间质性肺疾病(ILD)组方用药规律,为临床治疗提供有益参考。方法:检索知网、万方、维普数据库,搜集中医药专家治疗间质性肺疾病相关文献,提取相关方剂,应用Excel 2019对其用药频率、频次、药味、药性、归经等进行分析,应用SPSS Modeler进行用药相关性分析,应用SPSS Statistics 26.0进行聚类分析,并进行统计学处理。结果:ILD以气运失常、痰饮停积为主要病机,病机复杂多变,甘草、黄芪、半夏为使用频率最高的中药,药性分析中寒性、温性药物应用频率最高;药味分析中,苦味、甘味药物应用频率最高;归经分析中,归肺经、胃经、肾经药物应用频率最高。关联分析显示,山药-泽泻、丹皮-泽泻是最常用的药对;聚类分析将常用药物归为10组,预测其具有开展新型方剂研究的潜力。结论:中医药专家治疗ILD的经验是一座值得深入挖掘的宝藏,对其进行分析归纳后,可从宏观把握ILD的诊治要领,并为下一步研究指出方向。
Objective:To summarize and analyze the patterns of prescriptions used by Chinese medicine experts for interstitial lung diseases,and to provide useful references for clinical treatment.Methods:We searched CNKI,WanFang,and VIP databases to collect literature related to the treatment of interstitial lung disease by TCM experts,extracted relevant prescriptions,analyzed their medication frequency,frequency,taste,medicinal properties,and attribution using Excel 2019,conducted medication correlation analysis using SPSS Modeler,and performed cluster analysis using SPSS Statistics 26.0,and statistical processing was performed.Results:The main pathogenic mechanism of ILD is abnormal Qi transportation and phlegm-drink stagnation,and the pathogenic mechanism is complex and variable.Glycyrrhiza glabra,Astragalus membranaceus and Radix et Rhizoma pentaphyllum were the most frequently used herbal medicines.Correlation analysis showed that Yam-Zealea and Danpi-Zealea were the most frequently applied drug pairs.Cluster analysis grouped the commonly used drugs into 10 groups,predicting their potential for novel formula research.Conclusion:The experience of TCM experts in treating ILD is a treasure worth mining,and its analysis and generalization can grasp the essentials of ILD diagnosis and treatment from a macroscopic perspective and point out the direction for the next research.
