摘要
目的:探究角色标准化递进护理模式在高龄初产妇无痛分娩护理中的应用效果。方法:2022年2月—2023年2月,将82名高龄初产妇分为两组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行角色标准化递进护理,对两组分娩效能评分、产后抑郁情况以及健康行为依从性进行对比分析。结果:观察组效能评分、期望效能评分和总评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后抑郁发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组健康行为依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:角色标准化递进护理模式在高龄初产妇无痛分娩护理中的应用效果较好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of role standardized progressive nursing model in painless labor nursing of elderly primipara.Methods:From February 2022 to February 2023,82 elderly primiparas were divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received role standardized progressive nursing on the basis of the control group.The score of delivery efficiency,postpartum depression and health behavior compliance of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The efficacy score,expected efficacy score and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum depression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of health behavior in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The role standardized progressive nursing model has a good effect in the painless labor nursing of elderly primipara,and is worthy of clinical application.
