摘要
“岗课赛证”是融“岗位任务”“技能大赛”“技能证书”于课程体系,以提升学生动手能力和实战能力。深化产教融合是国家整体制度安排,更是培养新型复合型人才的需要。基于此,对“岗课赛证产教融合”模式下康复治疗技术专业人才培养模式进行探索与总结,提出以“深度融合、开放共享、合作共赢”为指导,“工学交替、双元育人、四位一体”的育人方案,完美诠释了国家有关职业教育的育人理念。
"Post course Competition Certificate"is to integrate"post task","skill competition","skill certificate"into the curriculum system,in order to improve students'practical ability and practical ability.Deepening the integration of industry and education is the national overall system arrangement,and it is the need of training new compound talents.Based on the exploration and summary of the training mode of rehabilitation therapy technical professionals under the mode of"integration of post class competition,certification,production and education",the paper puts forward the education plan of"education of alternating work and learning,dual education four in one"under the guidance of"deep integration,open sharing,win-win cooperation",which perfectly interprets the education concept of national vocational education.
