摘要
本文选取了分子量为490的石油磺酸钠,按照不同比例添加到淬火油中。通过测试不同石油磺酸钠含量的淬火油冷却特性、接触角、表面张力及水分离性,探究石油磺酸钠在淬火油中的作用。结果表明:石油磺酸钠能够降低淬火油的表面张力和接触角,在淬火过程中提高油品在工件表面的浸润性,从而在一定程度上提高低温段的冷却速度;同时影响淬火油的水分离性,石油磺酸钠含量越高,淬火油的水分离性越差。石油磺酸钠还可作为乳化剂或防锈剂使用,分子量不同,其作用也存在差异。石油磺酸钠水含量较高,作为添加剂使用时需重点关注水含量对油品冷却性能的影响。
Sodium petroleum sulfonate with a molecular weight of 490 was selected and added into quenching oil in different proportions.This article explores the role of sodium petroleum sulfonate in quenching oil by testing the cooling characteristics,contact angle,surface tension,and moisture content of quenching oil with different levels of sodium petroleum sulfonate.The results show that sodium petroleum sulfonate can reduce the surface tension and contact angle of quenching oil,and during the quenching process,it can improve the wettability of the oil on the surface of the workpiece,thereby improving the cooling speed in the low-temperature stage to a certain extent.Sodium petroleum sulfonate can affect the water separation of quenching oil,and the higher its content,the worse the water separation of quenching oil.In addition,sodium petroleum sulfonate can be used as an emulsifier or rust inhibitor,and its effects vary depending on its molecular weight.Sodium petroleum sulfonate has a high water content,and when used as an additive,it is important to focus on the impact of water content on the cooling performance of quenching oil.
