淬火油中微量水分检测研究进展

摘要 淬火油作为目前应用最广泛、使用量最大的淬火冷却介质,其冷却性能影响着淬火后零部件的硬度等机械特性,然而淬火油的冷却性能受水分影响最大,表现为冷速曲线的改变.淬火油中水分超过0.05%会使零部件出现软点产生畸变,水分超过0.1%会使零件开裂失效,水分含量达到1%时,淬火池底部的水分受热突沸导致淬火油溢出淬火池,增加引发火灾的风险,因此须测试和检测淬火油中的水分含量,并严格控制淬火油中的水分含量.对淬火油分类及其冷却性能影响因素以及国内外淬火油中水分含量的测定方法与原理、应用和特点等方面进行综述,可为淬火油中微量水分检测设备的选择和使用提供参考. Quenching oil is currently the most widely used quenching cooling medium,and its cooling performance affects the hardness and other characteristics of the parts after quenching.The cooling performance of quenching oil is most affected by moisture,as reflected by the change of the cooling speed curve.If the moisture in the quenching oil exceeds 0.05%,soft spots will arise and distort the parts.If the moisture exceeds 0.1%,the parts will crack and fail.When the moisture content reaches 1%,the water at the bottom of the quenching pool is heated and suddenly boils,causing the quenching oil to overflow the quenching pool,which increases the risk of fire.Therefore,it is necessary to measure,detect and strictly control the moisture content in the quenching oil.This paper reviews the classification of quenching oil,influencing factors of its cooling performance,and principles,application and characteristics of the measurement methods for determinating moisture content in quenching oil,and provides reference for the selection and use of the equipment for detecting trace moisture in quenching oil.
