摘要
工业化的建设使城市人口和车辆逐年增多,人、车道路交通矛盾大,隔离护栏成为当今城市道路的重要防护型交通道具。护栏经日晒雨淋,沉积大量灰尘和污渍,严重影响市容市貌,需要对护栏进行定期清洗,但人工清洗护栏劳动强度大,且存在安全隐患。基于此,设计了一种新型自动护栏清洗机,包括左、右箱体,箱体内各有3组清洗刷,箱体底部装有多个万向轮,这样既可提高清洗效率,又便于移动和完成不同宽度护栏的清洗,安全便捷。
The construction of industrialization has led to an increase in urban population and vehicles year by year,which resulted in significant traffic conflicts between people and vehicles on roads.The isolation guardrail has become the important protective traffic props for urban roads today.The guardrail was exposed to sun-light and rain,and was deposited a large amount of dust and stains,which seriously affected the appearance of the city,so regular cleaning of the guardrail was necessary.But manual cleaning of the guardrail was labor-intensive and poses safety hazards.Based on this,a new type of automatic guardrail cleaning machine was designed including the left and right boxes.There were three sets of cleaning brushes inside the box,and multiple universal wheels were installed at the bottom of the box,which not only improved cleaning efficiency,but also facilitated the movement and completion of cleaning of guardrails with different widths,so it was safe and convenient.
