城市排水管网运行状况检测与评估分析

Detection and evaluation analysis of the operational status of urban drainage network

摘要 地下排水管网既是城镇居民生活的保障线,也是城市运行的生命线,地下排水管网的好坏直接影响居民生活质量和城镇市容市貌。针对目前国内城市地下管网病害缺陷问题,以西安市某区的地下排水管网为工程背景,介绍了CCTV和QV管道检测技术要点和现场情况,并根据相应规范对所检测管道进行缺陷判读分类及统计分级,在此基础上采用加权评分法进行定量评级。检测结果表明:该区某路所敷设有合流管道、雨水管道以及相应排水户接入市政的支管,共计缺陷157处,其中结构性缺陷和功能共性缺陷占比分别为65%和35%,主管道最大修复指数为3.85,最大养护指数为4.9,最大缺陷密度为0.69,结构状况受到影响结构在短期内不会发生破坏现象,但应对相关管段做修复计划,(部分或整体缺陷)管道过流受阻比较严重,运行受到明显影响根据基础数据进行全面的考虑,应尽快处理。 The underground drainage pipe network is not only the guarantee line of urban residents’life,but also the lifeline of urban operation.The quality of the underground drainage pipe network directly affects the quality of residents’life and the appearance of the city.Aiming at the problems of disease and defect of urban underground pipe network in China at present,taking the underground drainage pipe network of a certain district in Xi’an as the engineering background,this paper introduces the technical points and site conditions of CCTV and QV pipeline detection,and carries out defect interpretation,classification and statistical classification for the detected pipelines according to the corresponding specifications.On this basis,the weighted scoring method is used for quantitative rating.The inspection results show that there are 157 defects in a road in this area,including confluence pipes,rainwater pipes and branch pipes connected to the municipal administration by the corresponding drainage households.The proportion of structural defects and functional common defects is 65%and 35%,respectively.The maximum repair index of the main pipeline is 3.85,the maximum maintenance index is 4.9,and the maximum defect density is 0.69.The affected structure will not be damaged in the short term,however,a repair plan should be made for relevant pipe sections.The pipeline(partial or overall defects)is seriously blocked and the operation is obviously affected.Comprehensive consideration should be given according to the basic data and treatment should be carried out as soon as possible.
