摘要
采用宏观观察、扫描电镜及能谱分析,对柴油加氢装置失效的反应流出物/低分油换热器管束进行了腐蚀原因分析。结果表明,腐蚀主要发生在下半区管束,腐蚀机理为氯化铵盐腐蚀与硫氢化铵腐蚀。通过近几年的防腐蚀探索,逐渐明确氯化铵盐腐蚀为最大的危害。据此采取调整操作温度使氯化铵盐析出位置后移,以及合理选材等措施,减缓腐蚀对设备的影响,保障了装置的长周期安全平稳运行。
By means of macro-inspection,scanning electron microscope and EDX,A corrosion failure analysis of reactor effluent/LP separator oil heat exchanger in diesel hydrotreating was carried out.The results showed that the corrosion were mainly engendered in the later heat exchange tube,and the corrosion mechanism is ammonium chloride corrosion and ammonium hydride sulfide corrosion.Through the exploration of corrosion protection in recent years,it gradually became clear that the biggest hazard was ammonium chloride corrosion.According to this,the operating temperature was adjusted to make the salting out position of ammonium chloride move backward,and reasonable material selection measures,it mitigated the effects of corrosion on the equipment,and ensured the safety and smooth operation of the device for a long time.
