摘要
针对渣油加氢装置同列高压空冷器E-1350/1351入口三通顶部出现的泄漏状况,对失效三通的内外部形貌、材质、腐蚀介质环境及物料特性、流态、流速进行分析.结果表明:失效三通主要是因为硫氢化铵冲刷腐蚀造成的局部减薄.在此基础上,从原料、工艺指标控制、操作维护和管线材质等方面实施防腐措施,以保证装置的安全稳定运行.
In response to the leakage problem at top of tee in the main line at the entrance of the high-pressure air cooler in the same row of residue hydrogenation unit,causes from the tee were analyzed through the aspects of internal and external morphology,material,corrosive medium environment,material characteristics,flow pattern,flow rate,and etc.The results showed that the failure of tee was mainly due to the partial thinning caused by the erosion of ammonium hydride sulfide,which leaded to the leakage.Based on the analysis results,anti-corrosion measures were implemented to ensure safe and stable operation of the device from the following aspects,including raw materials,process index control,operation and maintenance,pipeline materials,and etc.
