紫外分光光度法测定水质碘化物的方法改进

摘要 对紫外分光光度计法测定水质碘化物的国家地质方法进行了改进,主要取消了沸水浴加热,改用加入试剂进行样品处理。采用淀粉分光光度法的改进测定碘化物,通过对3个不同水质成分国家标准溶液物质实际样品分析,方法的重复性合格率达到98%,同时回收率也在94%~102%之间,分析结果的准确度、精密度和回收率均满要求,该方法检出限为25μg·L^(-1),精密度(RSD,n=12)小于6%。对沸水浴加热和不沸水浴加热而添加试剂进行对比,测定结果表明不沸水浴加热而添加试剂时,相对误差均小于6%,与推荐值相符。 The national geological method for the determination of iodide in water quality using ultraviolet spectrophotometer was improved,mainly eliminating the use of boiling water bath heating and using the addition of reagents for sample treatment.An improved starch spectrophotometric method was used for the determination of iodide.By analyzing actual samples of three different national standard solution substances with different water quality components,the repeatability qualification rate of the method reached 98%,and the recovery rate was also between 94%~102%.The accuracy,precision,and recovery rate of the analysis results met the requirements.The detection limit of this method was 25μg·L^(-1),RSD(n=12)was less than 6%.The addition of reagents without boiling water bath heating was compared with boiling water bath heating.The measurement results showed that when adding reagents without boiling water bath heating was used,the relative error was less than 6%,which was consistent with the recommended value.
