摘要
冰雪体育产业高质量发展的新时代取向是树立发展新理念、实现产业新升级、满足人民新需求。采用文献资料、逻辑分析等,系统探究冰雪体育产业高质量发展的动力机制与推进策略。研究认为:冰雪体育产业高质量发展的动力要素主要包括政策制度、科技创新、产业转型和消费需求。其中,消费需求属于根本性动力,政策制度属于保障性动力,产业转型属于过程性动力,科技创新属于激发性动力,共同构成推动冰雪体育产业高质量发展的动力机制模型。进一步从制度、科技、产业、消费4个层面提出推进策略:规范冰雪体育市场秩序,优化市场营商环境;加大研发资金投入,加强冰雪体育科技创新;优化冰雪供给结构,重视冰雪体育需求导向;加速冰雪体育消费升级,挖掘冰雪消费潜力。
The new era orientation of high-quality development of ice and snow sports industry is to establish a new concept of development,realize new industrial upgrading and meet the new needs of the people.Using the literature data and logical analysis,the dynamic mechanism and promotion strategy of the high-quality development of snow and ice sports industry were systematically explored.The driving factors of the high-quality development of the ice and snow sports industry mainly include policy and system,scientific and technological innovation,industrial transformation and consumer demand.Among them,consumer demand belongs to the fundamental driving force,policy and system belongs to the guarantee driving force,industrial transformation belongs to the process driving force,and scientific and technological innovation belongs to the stimulating driving force,which constitute the dynamic mechanism model to promote the high-quality development of ice and snow sports industry together.Further put forward promotion strategies from four aspects:system,science and technology,industry and consumption:standardize the market order of ice and snow sports,and optimize the market business environment;increase research and development investment,optimize the supply structure of ice and snow sports,emphasize the demand orientation of ice and snow sports;accelerate the consumption upgrading of ice and snow sports,and excavate the potential of ice and snow consumption.
