摘要
文旅融合视角是一种将文化产业与旅游产业整体看待的多元化与创新化视角,也是当前国内旅游业发展的必经之路。随着北京冬奥会的顺利召开与国家体育总局“北冰南展西扩东进”口号的提出,国内少数民族地区的冰雪旅游产业发展也愈发受到关注。在国家政策扶持下,当前国内少数民族地区冰雪旅游产业发展已初见成果,但依旧存在若干制约因素:人才、资金与技术欠缺、地方宣传意识不强、旅游开发与生态保护矛盾难以协调、民族旅游资源开发不到位等。针对当前民族地区冰雪旅游存在的问题,应从延长民族地区冰雪旅游产业链条、打造融媒体冰雪旅游项目宣传模式、构建民族地区冰雪旅游生态格局、发展民族传统文化与冰雪旅游资源创新机制等方面入手,推进民族地区冰雪旅游在文旅融合背景下积极稳步发展,全面实现中国冰雪强国梦。
The perspective of cultural and tourism integration is a diversified and innovative perspective that looks at the cultural industry and the tourism industry as a whole,and it is also the only way for the development of domestic tourism.With the successful holding of the Beijing Winter Olympics and the proposal of the State Sports General Administration’s slogan"Arctic expansion in the south,expansion in the west,expansion in the east",the development of the ice and snow tourism industry in the ethnic minority areas in China has also attracted more and more attention.With the support of national policies,the development of the ice and snow tourism industry in the minority areas in China has achieved initial results,but there are still several constraints:lack of talents,funds and technology,lack of local publicity awareness,difficulty in coordinating the contradiction between tourism development and ecological protection,ethnic groups The development of tourism resources is not in place.In view of the current problems of ice-snow tourism in ethnic areas,we should start from extending the ice-snow tourism industry chain in ethnic areas,creating a media-melting ice and snow tourism project propaganda model,constructing an ecological pattern of ice-snow tourism in ethnic areas,and developing ethnic traditional culture and ice-snow tourism resources innovation mechanism.Promote the active and steady development of ice-snow tourism in ethnic areas under the background of cultural and tourism integration,and fully realize the dream of being the leading winter sporting nation.
