摘要
在露天矿山生产的穿孔爆破、铲装、运输、装推四大工序中,运输成本占据生产采剥成本的50%~60%,随着矿坑深度的增加,露天剥离时的运输距离和提升高度随之增大。在运输工序进一步降本增效,成为露天矿山挖潜创效的突破口。以铜街-曼家寨矿区露天矿为背景,通过在上坡运输路段,采用架线式电驱动双能源模式替换机械轮重载上坡运输,以降低运输中机械轮燃油动力单耗,避免发动机高功率低速运行。结果表明,矿区开展架线式运输试验,总投资920万元,运行投资回收期为2.16 a,返本之后每年为矿山节约运输成本427万元,取得很好的经济效益和社会效益,为架线式矿用卡车在露天矿山应用具有重要意义。
In the four major processes of perforation blasting,shoveling,transportation and loading and pushing in open-pit mine production,the transportation cost accounts for 50%~60%of the production stripping cost.With the increase of pit depth,the transportation distance and lifting height of open-pit stripping will increase.Further reduce the cost and increase the efficiency in the transportation process is to become a breakthrough in the open pit mine.Taking the open-pit mine of Tongjie-Manjiazhai mining area as the background,the heavy-load uphill transportation of mechanical wheels is replaced by the overhead electric drive dual energy mode in the uphill transportation section,so as to reduce the fuel and power unit consumption of mechanical wheels in transportation and avoid the high power and low speed operation of the engine.The results show that the total investment of the test in the mining area is 9.2 million yuan,the operation investment payback period is 2.16 a,and the annual transportation cost is saved by 4.27 million yuan,and good economic and social benefits are obtained,which is of great significance for the application of the overhead mining truck in the open-pit mine.
