摘要
随着露天采矿技术的发展以及人们节能环保意识的提高,架线式电动轮汽车在国外大型露天矿、水电建设等大型土石方工程中被越来越多的应用。以长山壕金矿为工程背景,从技术和经济层面对架线式电动轮汽车在大型露天矿山的应用情况进行详细分析,工程应用不仅可提高汽车运输能力及设备使用寿命,还可显著降低运输成本,新增投资返本仅0.72 a,生产每年提高经济利润1.05亿元,经济效益显著。
With the improvement of open-pit mining technology and the growing awareness of energy conservation and green mining,the application of line-powered electric trolleys in large-scale open-pit mine,utility infrastructure and such earth and rock engineering are becoming more common. The paper takes Changshanhao Gold Mine as the research subject,and analyzes their application status in large-scale open-pit mines technically and economically. It turns out that the application will not only improve the transportation capability and the service life of equipment,also it can significantly reduce the cost. It takes only 0. 72 a to make up for the investment and make profits,increasing a significant profit of 1. 05 × 10^8 yuan per year.
