摘要
目的研究艾司氯胺酮复合右美托咪定在全身麻醉中的应用价值。方法选取2023年1—4月江苏省沭阳仁慈医院86例全身麻醉患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各43例。对照组采用艾司氯胺酮复合咪哒唑仑,研究组采用艾司氯胺酮复合右美托咪定,对比两组患者麻醉效果。结果T1、T2、T3时,研究组平均动脉压、心率水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组麻醉相关恢复时间较对照组均更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后麻醉并发症发生率(4.65%)低于对照组(27.91%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.910,P<0.05)。结论在针对手术患者进行全身麻醉时,选择艾司氯胺酮复合右美托咪定进行麻醉能够获得更好的效果,建议在全面麻醉中予以借鉴。
Objective To study the application value of esketamine combined with dexmedetomidine in general anes-thesia.Methods 86 patients under general anesthesia at Renci Hospital in Shuyang,Jiangsu Province from January to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 43 patients in each group.The control group used esketamine combined with midazolam,while the study group used esketamine combined with dexmedetomidine.Compared the anesthesia effects of the two groups.Results At T1,T2,and T3,the average arterial pressure and heart rate levels in the study group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time related to anesthesia in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative anesthesia complications in the study group(4.65%)was lower than that in the control group(27.91%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.910,P<0.05).Conclusion In general anesthesia for surgical patients,esketamine combined with dexmedetomidine can obtain better results,and it is recommended to use for reference in general anesthesia.
