全身麻醉药对动物发育期大脑的影响 被引量:5

The Effects of General Anesthetics on Animal Brains in Developmental Phase

摘要 小儿绝大部分手术都需要在全身麻醉状态下施行,全身麻醉药对患儿大脑发育及学习记忆功能有无影响,值得关注。一般认为,全身麻醉指麻醉药物经吸入或静脉等途径进入人体,对中枢神经系统产生可逆性的抑制效应。只要麻醉过程中没有发生大脑缺氧,就不会影响大脑发育。但近年的研究结果表明,全身麻醉药对发育期大脑的影响并非如想象的那样简单,LoepkeAW等[1]报道,对大脑未发育成熟的动物使用全身麻醉药后,未成熟神经细胞将会退化和凋亡,学习记忆功能将会受影响。
