摘要
目的探讨通调任督法针刺联合低频电刺激治疗产后腹直肌分离的临床效果。方法选取2020年9月至2022年9月深圳市龙华区妇幼保健院收治的98例产后腹直肌分离患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(49例)与对照组(49例)。对照组采用低频电刺激治疗,治疗组采用通调任督法针刺联合低频电刺激治疗,比较两组腹直肌间距。结果治疗结束时及治疗结束后3个月,两组腹直肌间距比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通调任督法针刺联合低频电刺激治疗产后腹直肌分离可有效缩短腹直肌间距,且具有较好的远期疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of regulating Ren and Du vessel acupuncture combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation in the treatment of diastasis recti abdominis after delivery.Methods A total of 98 patients with diastasis recti abdominis after delivery admitted to Shenzhen Longhua District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the treatment group(49 cases)and the control group(49 cases).The control group was treated with low-frequency electrical stimulation,and the treatment group was treated with regulating Ren and Du vessel acupuncture combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation.The distance between rectus abdominis of the two groups was compared.Results At the end of treatment and 3 months after the end of treatment,the distance between the rectus abdominis of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Regulating Ren and Du vessel acupuncture combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation can effectively shorten the distance between rectus abdominis after delivery,and has a good long-term effect.
