摘要
目的:观察丹红注射液治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法:将60例颈性眩晕患者随机分为两组,观察组30例,对照组30例,观察组用丹红注射液治疗,对照组盐酸氟桂嗪胶囊口服治疗,观察治疗2周后的临床疗效、两侧椎动脉平均血流速度与血液流变学的改变。结果:治疗2周后,观察组患者治愈13例,显效12例,有效4例,无效1例,而对照组分别为9例、7例、9例和5例,经过统计分析显示观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组比盐酸氟桂嗪更好地改善了两侧椎动脉平均血流速度与血液流变学(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液治疗颈性眩晕疗效好。
Objective：To observe the effect of danhong injection for the treatment of cervical vertigo.Menthods：60 patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into treatment group and control group（30 cases in every group）.The patients in two groups were treated with danhong injection and flunarizine hydrochloride capsules separately.The average blood speed of cervical vertebral artery and hemorheology before and after two weeks’ treatment were examined and the effects were observed.Results：After two weeks’ treatment,among the patients in treatment group,13 cases were cured,12 cases were effective,4 cases were improved and 1 case was ineffective,and in control group that were 9,7,9 and 5.The ridit analysis showed there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）.After two weeks’ treatment,the average blood speed of cervical vertebral artery and hemorheology of the patients in two groups were improved（P〈0.05）,and there were significant difference between two groups after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Danhong injection can treat cervical vertigo effectively.
