摘要
目的分析3630例儿童末梢全血25-羟维生素D[25-(OH)D]水平,为合理补充维生素D提供科学依据。方法回顾性分析2021年7月至2022年8月于苏州市吴江区儿童医院健康体检的3630名儿童的临床资料,分析不同性别、年龄及季节儿童末梢全血25-(OH)D水平的差异。结果有3.8%的儿童25-(OH)D严重缺乏,20.7%的儿童25-(OH)D缺乏,34.3%的儿童25-(OH)D不足,41.2%的儿童25-(OH)D充足。末梢全血25-(OH)D水平随年龄的增长呈逐渐下降的趋势(P<0.05)。夏季、春季儿童末梢全血25-(OH)D水平高于冬季(P<0.05)。不同性别儿童的末梢全血25-(OH)D水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。婴儿期和幼儿期的末梢全血25-(OH)D水平高于学龄期(P<0.05)。结论儿童的25-(OH)D缺乏及不足率较高,应合理补充维生素D,保障儿童健康成长。
Objective To analyze the 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25-(OH)D]level of 3630 cases of children,so as to provide scientific basis for reasonable vitamin D supplementation.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 3630 children who underwent physical examination in Suzhou Wujiang District Children’s Hospital from July 2021 to August 2022,the levels of 25-(OH)D in peripheral whole blood of children with different gender,age and season were analyzed.Results There were 3.8%of children with severe 25-(OH)D deficiency,20.7%with 25-(OH)D deficiency,34.3%with 25-(OH)D insufficiency,and 41.2%with 25-(OH)D sufficiency.The level of 25-(OH)D in peripheral whole blood decreased gradually with age(P<0.05).The level of 25-(OH)D in peripheral whole blood of children in summer and spring was higher than that in winter(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in peripheral whole blood 25-(OH)D level between different genders(P>0.05),and the peripheral whole blood 25-(OH)D level in infancy and early childhood was higher than that in school age(P<0.05).Conclusion The prevalence of 25-(OH)D deficiency and insufficiency in children is high,and vitamin D should be reasonably supplemented to ensure the healthy growth of children.
