摘要
分析数控机床常用的导轨形式,提出一种兼顾直线导轨高速性能和钢导轨高刚性的滚滑复合导轨副。完成了结构设计和样机试制,并对制造过程中的工艺方法进行了详细阐述。样机精度和刚性测试结果表明:该高速滚滑复合导轨副可以同时满足数控机床移动部件的精度、刚性及移动速度的需求。
The commonly used guide rail forms of CNC machine tools were analyzed.A rolling-sliding composite guide rail pair taking into account high-speed performance of linear guide rails and high rigidity of steel guide rails was proposed.The structural design and prototype test were completed,and the process methods in the manufacturing process were elaborated.The results of the prototype accuracy and rigidity test show that the high-speed rolling-sliding composite guide rail pair can meet the needs of precision,rigidity and moving speed for moving parts of CNC machine tools at the same time.
