摘要
多轴机床各个轴进给系统的动态误差具有差异性且都会受到复杂工况的影响,若想实现多轴联动进行轴间的相互补偿,需对进给系统动态特性中的相位规律进行分析。采用集中参数法建立进给系统动力学模型,根据不同工况建立部分结合面参数变化模型,同时分析进给系统激振力频率与摩擦力变化情况。基于Simulink软件,将输出信号与输入信号进行对比分析,得到动力学参数变化时的进给系统相位特性变化规律。结果表明:低转速时进给系统跟随特性较好,输出信号没有明显滞后;高转速时输出信号有较明显的相位滞后,且相位角会受到工作台摩擦力与丝杠轴向刚度的影响。
The dynamic errors of different axial feed systems of multi axis linkage machine tools are different and will be influenced by the complex working conditions.Analyzing the phase law in the dynamic characteristics of the feed system is essential to achieve multi axis linkage and mutual compensation between axes.The centralized parameter method was used to build the dynamic model of the feeding system.According to different working conditions,the parameter change model of some joint surfaces was established.At the same time,the frequency of exciting force and the change of friction force of the feeding system were analyzed.Based on Simulink,the output signal and input signal were compared and analyzed,and the change law of the phase characteristics of the feeding system under the change of dynamic parameters was obtained.The result indicates that the following characteristics of the feed system are better at low speed,and there's not a significant lag on output signal.However,an obvious phase difference and the phase angle affected by the friction of the workbench and the axial stiffness of the lead screw can be observed at high speed.
