基于思维导图的PBL与CBL双轨教学法在本科护生临床实践中的应用效果

摘要 目的建立并评价基于思维导图的探讨问题式学习(PBL)与联合案例式教学(CBL)双轨教学法在本科护生临床实践中的应用效果。方法采用目的抽样法选取昆明医科大学第二附属医院2017级、2018级的309名本科实习护生为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,剔除因故终止学习的实习护生,对照组最终纳入142名,试验组最终纳入140名。对照组采用传统的教学模式,试验组采用基于思维导图的PBL与CBL双轨教学法。比较两组的应用效果。结果试验组的教学质量、理论成绩、临床实践能力、教学质量满意度和教学查房得分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于思维导图的PBL与CBL双轨教学法有助于提升临床教师的教学质量,能够有效提高实习护生的理论成绩和临床实践能力,同时有助于提升教学质量满意度和教学查房能力。 Objective To establish and evaluate the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)and case-based learning(CBL)dual track teaching method based on mind mapping in clinical practice of undergraduate nursing students.Methods A total of 309 undergraduate practice nursing students of grade 2017 and 2018 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University were selected as the research objects by purposive sampling method.According to the random number table method,the nursing students were divided into control group and experimental group,and the nursing students who terminated their study for some reason were excluded,the control group was finally included in 142 students,and the experimental group was finally included in 140 students.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group adopted the PBL and CBL dual track teaching method based on mind mapping.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The teaching quality,theoretical achievement,clinical practice ability,teaching quality satisfaction and teaching ward round scores in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL and CBL dual track teaching method based on mind mapping is helpful to improve the teaching quality of clinical teachers,effectively improve the theoretical achievements and clinical practice ability of nursing students,and improve the satisfaction of teaching quality and the ability of teaching rounds.
