摘要
文章选择协同治理驱动力、协同治理压力、协同治理协同度以及协同治理结果等四类共22个评估指标构建了评估指标体系,在对评估指标进行技术处理的基础上,构建了绝对生态位适宜度模型、相对生态位适宜度模型和空间生态位适宜度模型,对长江三角洲的环境污染治理效果进行了应用研究,并进一对评估结果进行了深入讨论,验证了评估模型的有效性。文章旨在指导长三角城市群的环境污染协同治理的同时,为地方政府制定相应的环境污染协同治理政策提供了理论支持。
This passage constructs an evaluation index system consisting of four categories:collaborative governance drivers,collaborative governance pressures,collaborative governance synergy,and collaborative governance outcomes,totaling twenty-two assessment indicators.After subjecting these evaluation indicators to technical processing,the study establishes models for absolute ecological niche suitability,relative ecological niche suitability,and spatial ecological niche suitability.These models are then applied to investigate the effectiveness of environmental pollution management in the Yangtze River Delta region.Following a comprehensive analysis and discussion of the evaluation results,the validity of the assessment models is confirmed.The aim of this article is to provide guidance for collaborative environmental pollution management in the Yangtze River Delta urban cluster and simultaneously offer theoretical support for local governmental development of corresponding policies concerning collaborative environmental pollution management.
