摘要
实践是育人的重要手段,更是中华民族长久发展的优良传统之一。国家对德育教育的重视和关注,为高校“德育+生产劳动”相结合育人政策的施行给予重要推动力,意在倡导更多高校注重实践育人,并引导大学生积极参与社会实践。但是,结合高校现有的实践育人现状来看,仍旧存在诸多不足,为了助推未来高校的实践育人工作真正促进育人质量提升,本研究在建立高校实践育人共同体的同时,深度诠释其内涵,并探索了育人共同体的发展路径,希冀借此为相关教职人员提供参考。
Practice is an important means of educating people,it is also a fine educational tradition for the long-term development of the Chinese nation.With the attention and concern of the Party and the state on moral education,the implementation of the policy of combining"moral education+productive labor"in colleges and uni-versities is given an important impetus,which is intended to advocate more colleges and universities to pay atten-tion to practical education,and guide college students to actively participate in social practice.However,consider-ing the current situation of practical education in colleges and universities,there are still many deficiencies.In or-der to boost the practical education work in colleges and universities in the future and really promote the quality of education,this study,while establishing the practical education community in colleges and universities,deeply interprets its connotation,and explores the development path of the education community,hoping to provide refer-ences for relevant teaching staff.
