校企地实践育人共同体的构建与长效机制研究——以华中师范大学“乐育人材”项目为例 被引量:1

摘要 支教是师范专业开展实践育人的重要形式,通过支教构建校企地实践育人共同体长效机制对于增强实践育人效果具有重要作用。本文以华中师范大学“乐育人材”项目为例,研究校企地实践育人共同体建设的内涵和价值、分析校企地实践育人共同体长效发展的问题和障碍,初步总结出了校企地实践育人共同体长效机制的一些经验:增进主体间价值认同、完善育人工作机制、丰富实践育人内涵、强化育人平台建设。 Supporting education is an important form for normal majors to carry out practical education.Building a long-term mechanism of school enterprise practical education community plays an important role in enhancing the effect of practical education.By studying the connotation and value of the construction of school enterprise practical education community,analyzing the problems and obstacles of the long-term development of school enterprise practical education community,and taking the“Happy Education of talents”project of central China Normal University as an example,this paper summarizes the long-term mechanism of school enterprise practical education community:enhancing the value identity between subjects,improving the working mechanism of education,enriching the connotation of practical education,and strengthen the construction of education platform.
