摘要
放样机器人+BIM模型的测量放样技术可充分将BIM模型中的数据快速落实到施工现场中,特别是在异型建筑的测量放样施工中,具有智能化、准确度高、投入人工少的特点。在现场建立BIM模型虚拟坐标系与施工现场真实坐标系的映射关系,利用放样机器人三维激光定位技术快速定位各类点位,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。文章以敦煌研究院莫高窟数字展示中心项目(二期)工程为例,介绍了放样机器人+BIM技术应用思路及具体应用,最后提出了放样机器人+BIM技术的应用效果及注意问题,以供参考。
The survey lofting technology of lofting robot+BIM model can fully implement the data in BIM model into the construction site quickly,especially in the survey lofting construction of special-shaped buildings,which has the characteristics of intelligence,high accuracy and less labor input.Establishing the mapping relationship between the virtual coordinate system of the BIM model and the real coordinate system of the construction site on the site and utilizing 3D laser positioning technology of the lofting robot to quickly locate various points have certain practicability and promotion value.Taking the Mogao Grottoes Digital Exhibition Center Project(Phase II)of Dunhuang Academy as an example,this paper introduces the application ideas and specific applications of lofting robot+BIM technology,and finally puts forward the application effect and precautions of lofting robot+BIM technology for reference.
