摘要
文章首先阐述了近年来融资租赁资产证券化的快速发及其存在的风险,接着文章对融资租赁资产证券化产品进行了简要阐述和风险分析,使读者对前文所提到的主要风险有了更为清晰的认识,最后文章承接前文风险分析结果,总结该案例产品风险防范措施的不足,并以此为基础提出了融资租赁资产证券化产品风险防范措施与改进方向。
This paper firstly explains the rapid development of asset securitization in recent years in the context of financing leasing with inherent risks.Following that,this paper provides a brief introduction and risk analysis of the financing leasing asset securitization product,enabling readers to gain a clearer understanding of the aforementioned major risks.In the end,this paper undertakes the results of the risk analysis of the previo us article,sums up the shortcomings of the risk preventive mea sures of the case product and puts forward the improvement direction of risk preventive measures for the such financing leasing asset securitization products.
