海金沙植物的繁殖特性及植株生长习性研究进展

摘要 中药海金沙来源于海金沙科海金沙属草本植物(Lygodium japonicum)的干燥孢子,常用于治疗尿路结石等疾病,是尿石通丸等中成药的重要原料。该药材一直依靠采集野生资源,随着经济的发展和环境的变化,海金沙药材急需进行规模化生产。该文对海金沙植物生活史、配子体性别决定机制、孢子繁殖(包括孢子萌发、雌雄配子体授精和幼孢子体的形成)、幼苗繁育与植株生长习性等生物学特性方面的研究概况进行总结和整理,并指出繁育研究的薄弱之处及有待解决的问题,以期为海金沙繁殖育苗和种植技术的发展提供参考。 The Chinese medicinal Lygodii Spora is originated from the dried spores of Lygodium japonicum,which is a plant of the Lygodiaceae.Lygodii Spora is commonly used for the treatment of urinary stones,and is an important raw material for Chinese patent medicine such as Niaoshitong Pills.The medicinal material of Lygodii Spora usually comes from the collection of wild resources,but with the development of the economy and environmental changes,it becomes urgent to conduct large-scale production.This paper reviewed the status of research on the plant life history,sex determination mechanism of gametophyte,spore propagation(including spore germination,fertilization of male and female gametophytes and formation of juvenile sporophytes),seedling breeding and plant growth habit.Moreover,the weaknesses and problems to be solved in the breeding research were also pointed out.This review is expected to provide references for the development of the propagation of seedlings and planting technology of Lygodium japonicum.
