摘要
目的通过对海金沙的历代本草考证,为海金沙药材进行品质评价、引种驯化、资源评估等提供本草考证依据。方法考证历代主流本草著作。结果厘清了历代本草中海金沙的名称、基原、入药部位、产地、品质、产地加工等内容。结论海金沙为治疗淋症之要药,《中国药典》所载唯一以孢子为入药部位的中药材。海金沙所在属在我国有10种,其中曲轴海金沙和小叶海金沙孢子常被混入海金沙孢子中作海金沙用,给用药造成了混乱。因此为正本清源,本文对文献报道、历版《中国药典》、历代本草著作、市场调查报告进行系统梳理。得出历代使用的海金沙原植物主要为海金沙科海金沙Lygodium japonicum(Thunb.)Sw.,其产地分布广泛,存在一定变迁。
Objective:To provide evidence for the quality evaluation,introduction and domestication,and resource evaluation of Haijinsha through the textual research of the ancient Chinese herbs of Haijinsha.Methods:Textual research on the mainstream works of Materia Medica in the past dynasties.Results:The name,origin,medicinal parts,producing area,quality and processing of Haijinsha were clarified.Conclusion:Haijinsha is an important drug for treating gonorrhe-a,and the only Chinese medicinal material with spore as its medicinal part in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.There are 10 spe-cies belonging to the genus of rhabdomus in China.Among them,the spores of Rhabdomys crassicarpa and S.microphyl-la are often mixed into the spores of S.japonicus,which causes confusion in drug use.Therefore,in order to get the root straight,this paper systematically combs the literature reports,historical editions of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,ancient herb-al works and market research reports.It is concluded that the original plant of the genus Lygodium japonicum(Thunb.)SW,which is widely distributed in the past dynasties,has some changes.
