摘要
建筑工程造价中的动态管理控制是指通过相关的技术手段和制度体系对造价成本实施动态化的监督以及管控,从而及时发现工程造价中存在的问题,并对问题进行有针对性的解决处理,保证建筑工程施工质量,以此实现建筑工程经济效益最优化。但目前,动态管理控制在建筑工程造价中的应用还需要进一步完善与优化。基于此,文章分析与研究了动态管理控制在建筑工程造价中的应用策略,以期为促进建筑工程企业经济可持续发展提供参考与借鉴。
Dynamic management and control in construction project cost refers to the implementation of dynamic supervision and control of cost costs through relevant technical means and institutional systems,in order to timely identify problems in project cost,and provide targeted solutions to ensure the quality of construction project construction,thereby achieving optimal economic benefits of construction projects.However,at present,the application of dynamic management control in construction project cost still needs further improvement and optimization.Based on this,the article analyzes and studies the effective application strategies of dynamic management control in construction project cost,in order to provide reference and reference for promoting the sustainable economic development of construction engineering enterprises.
