摘要
食品与人们的生活紧密相连,食品安全是人们获得安全感的重要渠道。目前,我国食品生产加工环节还存在着诸多问题,相关人员需要透过这些问题,分析造成这些问题的原因,从而进行针对性完善与优化,从根本上杜绝食品安全问题,实现食品安全的持续与稳定,让人们真正吃得放心、吃得开心。
Food is closely related to people’s lives,and food safety is an important channel for people to gain a sense of security.At present,there are still many problems in the food production and processing process in China.Relevant personnel need to analyze the causes of these problems through these problems,and carry out targeted improvement and optimization to fundamentally eliminate food safety issues,achieve sustained and stable food safety,and make the people truly feel at ease and happy to eat.
