摘要
改革开放以来,我国产业发展取得巨大进步,产业规模不断扩大,产业结构逐步优化,但也存在区域间产业同质化严重、区域经济发展差距大等问题。为此,我国到底是应该加快优化区域产业布局还是应该加强区域发展的内生动力,成为亟待研究的关键课题。文章基于偏离份额分析法对长江经济带产业发展现状进行实证研究,得出以下结论:(1)长江经济带产业发展不均衡,地域发展具有差异性;(2)长江经济带东部地区第二产业产值比重较大,但短期内对第二产业仍存在较高的依赖,导致第三产业发展受到约束,产业结构升级较为缓慢;(3)长江经济带第三产业产值总量从东到西呈阶梯状分布;(4)长江经济带各省市产业结构逐渐由“二三一”向“三二一”模式转变。
Since the reform and opening up,China's industrial development has made great progress,the indus-trial scale has been expanding,the industrial structure has been in optimization,but there are also such problems as the serious homogenization between regional industries,and the big gap between regional economic developments.Therefore,it is urgent to study the issue whether to accelerate the optimization of regional industry layout or strength-en the endogenous development power of regions.Conducting an empirical study of the industrial development sta-tus of the Yangtze River Economic Belt(YREB)based on the deviated share analysis method,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The industrial development of the YREB is unbalanced,and the regional development has difference;(2)the output value of the secondary industry in the eastern region still accounts for a large proportion of the total output value,but there is still a high dependence on the secondary industry in the short term,which leads to the constrained development of the tertiary industry and the slow upgrading of industrial structure;(3)the total output value of the tertiary industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt shows a ladder distribution from east to west;and(4)the industrial structure of provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has gradually changed from“two three one”to“three two one”.
