摘要
本文分析了新形势下网络空间安全人才实践能力需求,以杭州电子科技大学网络空间安全学科专业建设实践为研究起点,探索并实践网络空间安全人才创新实践能力“思-教-产-评”四维一体评价体系。在思政教育维度,构建专业课程思政立体化关系矩阵,课程思政内容有机融入专业人才培养全过程;在实践课程维度,重构实践课程体系,强化竞赛与项目实践育人;在产教融合维度,建立具有安全类特色的校企协同育人机制,拓宽育人渠道;在持续评价维度,建立人才实践能力培养效果质量评价体系,形成持续改进机制。创新实践教育四维一体评价体系相互统一、相互配合、相互支撑,强调实践过程的思政与专业融合,校内与校外融合以及产教多元主体融合,为新时代扎实推进网络空间安全人才实践教育评价、有效提升实践教育效果提供参考。
This paper analyzes the demand for practical ability of cyberspace security talents under the new situation,and takes the construction practice of cyberspace security discipline of Hangzhou Dianzi University as the research starting point to explore and practice the four-dimensional evaluation system of"thinking,teaching,production and evaluation"of innovative practical ability of cyberspace security talents.In the dimension of ideological and political education,the ideological and political relationship matrix of professional curriculum is constructed,and the content of curriculum ideological and political content is organically integrated into the whole process of professional talent training.In the practical curriculum dimension,reconstruct the practical curriculum system,strengthen the competition and project practice education;In the dimension of integration of production and education,establish a school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism with safety characteristics to broaden the education channels;In the dimension of continuous evaluation,establish the quality evaluation system of talent practical ability training effect and form a continuous improvement mechanism.The innovation of the four-dimensional integrated evaluation system of practical education is unified,coordinated and supported by each other,emphasizing the integration of ideology,politics and profession in the practice process,the integration of campus and off-campus,and the integration of multiple subjects of production and education,providing a reference for the solid promotion of the practical education evaluation of cyber space security talents in the new era and effectively improving the effect of practical education.
