摘要
目的探讨八段锦训练在下肢静脉溃疡患者中的应用效果。方法2022年3月至2023年1月,便利抽样法选取在合肥市第二人民医院接受治疗的72例下肢静脉溃疡患者为研究对象,将其随机分为常规治疗加八段锦训练组(观察组)和单纯常规治疗组(对照组)(36/组)。在干预前、干预6周及干预12周后进行评估,主要结果为伤口愈合量表(pressure ulcer scale for healing,PUSH)计分、愈合率;次要结果包括踝-后足评分系统(ankle hindfoot scale,AOFAS)评分、视觉模拟疼痛量表(visual analogue pain scale,VAS)评分、下肢静脉溃疡患者生活质量(venous leg ulcer quality of life questionnaire,VLU-QoL)得分。结果干预6周、12周后两组患者PUSH计分、AOFAS评分、VAS评分在组间效应、时间效应和交互作用上均存在统计学意义(P<0.05);干预12周后两组患者伤口愈合率、VLU-QoL各维度得分均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论八段锦训练能有效提升下肢静脉溃疡患者创面治疗效果和生活质量,降低溃疡疼痛程度。
Objective To explore the effect of Baduanjin on wound treatment,quality of life and degree of ulcer pain in patients with venous leg ulcer.Methods A total of 72 patients with venous leg ulcer treated in the Second People's Hospital of Hefei from March 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method.They were randomly divided into conventional treatment plus Baduanjin training group(observation group)and conventional treatment alone group(control group)(36/group).All the patients were evaluated at before intervention,6 weeks and 12 weeks after the intervention.The primary outcomes were pressure ulcer scale for healing(PUSH)scored and wound healing rate,secondary outcomes included ankle hindfoot scale(AOFAS)score,visual analogue pain scale(VAS)score,and venous leg ulcer quality of life questionnaire(VLU-QoL)score.Results After 6 and 12 weeks of intervention,PUSH score,AOFAS score and VAS score were statistically significant in inter-group effect,time effect and interaction(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of intervention,there were statistical significance in wound healing rate and VLU-QoL score between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Baduanjin can effectively improve the wound treatment effect and quality of life of patients with venous ulcers of lower limbs,and reduce the degree of ulcer pain.
